The Governors agreed this statement of school aims when Knightlow became a primary school in 1996:

“To provide education of depth and quality in a Christian environment, which develops happy, caring and competent children with enquiring minds.”

We would want Knightlow C. of E. Primary to be recognised as a ”learning school” where every member of the school community is engaged in continuing personal and learning development. As a school we would hope to encourage children by raising their self-esteem and preparing them for lifelong learning.

We hold fast to the Christian values and believe that every one of us is special in God’s sight.
