EXTRA-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES

The school acknowledges the value of extra-curricular activities. These are provided by members of staff and outside agencies. They include netball, football, drama, golf, athletics and gardening

CHARGING AND REMISSIONS POLICY

The school has a policy for charges and remissions, which is available for parents to see. We believe that activities beyond the day-to-day curriculum are valuable and contribute greatly to children’s experience of school life. When such activities occur we ask parents for a voluntary contribution and have also established a fund for monies raised in school to subsidise activities, which cannot be funded, by “per capita” monies.

DAY VISITS

The cost of a day visit will be met from the voluntary contributions of parents and a school/School Fund subsidy. Without sufficient financial support from parents the outing will not take place.
